Building on your skills and knowledge, this is an ideal progression from the RHS Level 2 Certificate. A theory-based qualification studying areas like plant classification and taxonomy, nutrition, growing systems and propagation. Designed to fit around work commitments.

Formal teaching will take place between 7pm and 9pm with an opportunity for additional support between 6pm and 7pm.

RHS Level 2 Certificate, National Certificate in Horticulture Good levels of literacy, willingness to carry out research and private study Minimum age is 16 years Tetanus protection is recommended.

Basic stationery - pens, pencils, notepad, lever arch file, dividers, etc. Protective overall and steel toe-capped boots - all protective equipment will be inspected by the course instructor. Waterproof clothing.
