English and maths for students who do not have GCSE grades 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills.
4 GCSEs minimum grade 3/D, including English and maths. You will be required to complete a weekly work placement and must have a keen interest and enthusiasm in the subject. Tetanus protection is recommended.
Level 3 Diploma in Horticulture Intermediate/Advanced Apprenticeship in Horticulture
Following further training: Landscape architect, plant specialist, garden designer, gardener for heritage gardens and estates, gardener in domestic settings plant nursery or garden centre worker.

Basic stationery - pens, pencils, ruler and eraser, A4 lever arch files. Protective overalls, work gloves and steel toe-capped boots - all protective equipment will be inspected by the course instructor. Practical clothing suitable for the weather conditions necessary at all times. Polo shirts and sweatshirts are available for purchase at College.
