No formal entry requirements. You will need to be interested in a career in horticulture and gardening and be willing to learn new skills and undertake practical tasks. Tetanus protection is recommended.
Level 2 - Diploma in Horticulture Intermediate Apprenticeship in Horticulture
With further training: gardener, nursery worker (plants), assistant in a garden centre, landscaper.

Basic stationery - pens, pencils, ruler and eraser. Protective overalls, work gloves and steel toe-capped boots - all protective equipment will be inspected by the course instructor. Practical clothing suitable for the weather conditions necessary at all times. Polo shirts and sweatshirts are available for purchase at College.
