Entry Requirements

Maintain a Safe Working Environment Work Effectively as Part of a Team Give Customers a Positive Impression Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) in the Logistics Industry Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) Functional Skills in English and/or maths depending upon GCSE achievement.

Next Steps

There are no formal entry requirements. You must have an interest and passion for Customer Service and meeting new people. GCSE English, maths and ICT Grade A*-C would be an advantage. However where required, Functional Skills will be completed. You will be required to have suitable relevant employment.
