Business Administration Apprentices provide administrative support within an office environment such as solicitor’s offices, financial management companies, design companies, the NHS, and the Police Service.

Tasks can include:

Customer interaction by phone, email and face to face
Liaising with other members of staff/departments
Organising meetings
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Photocopying/filing
Data Entry

Delivery of this course is in the workplace, with weekly workshops held at college.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You will need a strong interest in administration and be keen to learn new skills. GCSE maths, English and ICT A*-C are an advantage. You will be required to find suitable, relevant employment.
