The Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship will help you to develop these skills as well as many others, to help increase your confidence in a middle management role.

The framework consists of:
OCR Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership
OCR Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (Technical Certificate)
Employment Right and Responsibilities (ERR)

There are no Functional Skills as applicants must be at Level 2 in English and maths. An initial assessment may be required upon commencement of the course.

Course content includes:
Developing strategic plans
Designing business processes
Managing strategic change
Providing leadership and management

Entry Requirements

Level 2 English and maths qualification.
Significant experience working at middle management level.

Higher education to undertake management, business or other qualifications, including Degrees or Masters in Management & Leadership, Business and Business Management
