Definition: A master class is a class given to students of a particular discipline by an expert of that discipline — usually music, but also painting, drama, any of the arts, or on any other occasion where skills are being developed.

This is not just a programme for the academic minded. The subject of food is both technical and creative and our food business masterclass mirrors this pattern. Involving a blend of sound business theory with real-life case study examples of successful businesses and guest speakers.

Previous graduates of Food Business Start-up have commented on how this differs from online courses:

…"there is no ceiling to the discussion, the course acts as a retreat to get true perspective and the ongoing access to alumni forum provides continuous support.”

Our popular 5 day programme was born after numerous requests from our chef academy students who were seeking advice for their entrepreneurial ideas. Entirely unique to other business courses for its sole focus on food and in assisting foodpreneurs, who claim an exciting proportion of trending startups businesses.

Carrying all the signatures of WhitePepper (BAPTA Education Winner 2018), training is concise, comprehensive and of high value.

This is how you can prove your idea will work, or not!

Previously a popular platform for two distinct groups:
Those with a firm idea(s) – To crystalise a plan, mitigate risks & prepare to trade.
To Explore an Opportunity – For inspiration, a focus group & business knowhow.
Press pause on your life, take a deep breath of fresh coastal air and allow us to guide you in building a knock-out food brand.
