Course Content

Our British Horse Society Stage 2 stable management training programme is an excellent progression from the Stage 1 course. It will give you a thorough understanding of general management and requirements of horses. This care course will include:
Horse behaviour
Stable design and routines
Watering and feeding
Shoeing
Grooming and plaiting
Saddlery
Anatomy and physiology
Horse health
Lungeing

Entry Requirements

Enthusiasm and willing to learn new skills. Completion of the BHS Stage 1 Care. Competant lunge skills required.
