Qualification Title: Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

Entry Requirements

Provide Leadership for Your Team Develop Productive Working Relationships Contribute to the Control of Resources Maintain a Safe Working Environment Improve Customer Service Principles of Leading a Team Supervision of Operation Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) in the Logistics Industry Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) Functional Skills in English and/or maths depending upon GCSE achievement.

Next Steps

There are no formal entry requirements. You must an interest and passion for Customer Service and meeting new people. In order to apply for a place on the Advanced Apprenticeship, you must have completed an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Hospitality OR have a minimum of 9 months experience working in the Hospitality industry. GCSE English, maths and ICT Grade A*-C would be an advantage. However where required, Functional Skills will be completed. You will be required to find suitable relevant employment.
