There are no formal entry requirements. You must an interest and passion for Customer Service and meeting new people. In order to apply for a place on the Advanced Apprenticeship, you must have completed an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Hospitality OR have a minimum of 9 months experience working in the Hospitality industry. GCSE English, maths and ICT Grade A*-C would be an advantage. However where required, Functional Skills will be completed.
You will be required to find suitable relevant employment.
Higher Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management
Level 4/5 Management qualification
Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management
This is the perfect qualification for someone working in a Reception role within the Hospitality Industry. With further training you could find yourself as a Head Receptionist, Front of House Supervisor or a Duty Manager.
