Proud Prize Winners Celebrate at End of Year Ceremony

This year’s Kingston Maurward College Prize Giving Ceremony today celebrated another successful year with 728 students completing their courses, among which a record breaking 136 special awards were made.

The ceremony recognises the achievements of all full-time students completing courses during the academic year, and rewards outstanding students in each subject area.

During the celebrations spectators were treated to demonstrations performed by students studying Equestrian and Animal Care courses.

Kingston Maurward College Principal, Clare Davison, said: “Every year we reach the end of term and celebrate the achievements of all our students – and recognise those that have exceeded expectations or perhaps triumphed over difficulties and made particular headway in their subject.

“This is a record year for celebrating success – we are very proud of all our learners and wish them well in the future. We look forward to welcoming those students returning to continue their studies, and all of our new students starting in September.”
