Traineeships are a Pre-Apprenticeship programme, designed to support learners into either an Apprenticeship or into full time work. The course focuses on work skills, employability, extra-curricular support, independent skills, ICT, English and Maths.
Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people, aged 16 to 24, who are motivated to get a job but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Those who have been unsuccessful when applying for an apprenticeship or other job due to a lack of skills and experience are most likely be good candidates for a traineeship.
What this will lead to?
After successful completion of the Traineeship course, you will receive a certificate for your qualification, an exit interview with your work placement and a letter of reference upon request to support future job applications.
This Traineeships Opportunity is unwaged but provides valuable skills and experience ideal for a CV and future job interviews.
