Conference Packages

Our full or half day packages are designed to give an all-inclusive rate with no hidden extras so your event is fully catered for. However, if your needs fall outside of these we are happy to put together a tailored package to include bespoke timings, additional or lighter lunches and multiple room hire. Please contact our dedicated hospitality coordinators for more information.

Day Delegate Rate (£29.95 + VAT per person)

Includes:

  • Visual aids (portable media centre, flip charts, 1 of each per room)
  • Pens and pads for boardroom and cabaret style meetings/conferences
  • Unlimited coffee / tea with biscuits available during specified break times
  • A delicious Lunch from our choice of menus
  • Mint sweets on tables when set cabaret or boardroom style

 

Please note we have a minimum charge per booking of 15 delegates

Room numbers: One room 15, two rooms 60 and three rooms 125

(Numbers must include speakers/trainers/exhibitors, if your numbers fall under this, additional room hire charges will apply)

Half Day Delegate Rate (£16.50 + VAT per person)

Includes:

Use of conference room either morning (8.30am-12.30pm) or afternoon (1.30pm-5.30pm)

  • Visual aids (conference media centre, flip charts, 1 of each per room)
  • Pens and pads for boardroom and cabaret style meetings/conferences
  • Unlimited coffee / tea and biscuits
  • Complimentary mini Danish pastries or homemade cake.
  • Mint sweets on tables when set cabaret or boardroom style

 

Please note we have a minimum charge per booking of 15 delegates.

Room numbers: One room 15, two rooms 60 and three rooms 125.

Breakfast or Evening Room Hire Rates

Breakfast meetings from 7am, evening room hire from 6pm onwards

Whether you are networking with clients, launching a new product or striving to raise your profile in the local market, a breakfast or evening meeting can be an excellent way to attract new business.

Our tailor made packages allow you to create the event you want depending on the number of guests, meeting format and catering requirements.

Prices do not include full access to the gardens.

The minimum hire period is 4 hours – additional hours are charged at the hourly rate

Catering

Kingston Maurward are proud to offer delicious homemade menus, all of our products are locally sourced where possible and can be tailored to suit individual events. So whether you would like a full English breakfast, continental breakfast or healthy life style breakfast our team of onsite chefs are happy to tailor your event to your requirements. Similarly for evening catering we can provide a variety of options from seasonal hot buffets, light bites and canapés to finger buffets or a full waitress served sit down meal. We are pleased to cater for any dietary requirements by prior request.
