Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday with flexibility to meet the business needs
Salary: £16,989 per annum which is scale 4 Point 21 on the Support Staff Salary Scale
Job Purpose: To support the ICT Manager to facilitate the implementation of the College ILT strategy.
To assist in fulfilling the aim to offer high quality ICT support/backup to College staff and students.
Vision: For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable and organised person to join the ICT Support team. You will work closely with the Senior Network Technician and with all members of the ICT Support team to help deliver reliable ICT facilities to all our users. The person will be confident and have proven knowledge and skills in a Windows Network environment including Hardware & Software.
A current valid driving license and own car / transport is also essential.
