Hours: 22.5 per week Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet business needs
Salary: £9,778.38- £12,769.66 per annum (£16,080 – £20,999 pro rata per annum) which is points 11-20 on the Learning Support Salary Scale.
Job Purpose: To carry out the recruitment of learners, supporting their progression and assessing them in the workplace and at college.
Vision: We are looking to recruit a key member of our work based learning team who can actively engage with local employers, build a good rapport with them, and “sell” the benefits to their business of employing potential apprentices. Working alongside a team of colleagues, you will be a key contact for both students and employers. A good communicator, you will have experience of work-based learning in a variety of areas and a desire to help a wide range of people develop their skills and progress in employment. You will work with the Apprenticeships Manager, Business Development team and other team members to develop this popular area of the college further, with a commitment to uphold high standards of assessment and learning.
