Hours: 39 per week worked between Monday-Sunday on a rota basis.
This role would be considered as a job share.
Salary: £8,337 – £15,438 per annum, which complies with National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage according to age
Job Purpose: To supervise and teach students and commercial clients and assist the Yard Manager and Assistant Yard Manager in running the yard
Vision: The College is seeking an Assistant Yard Supervisor who is able to work flexibly according to course and yard requirements. The successful candidate will possess relevant vocational experience and qualifications in equestrian industry. The ability to deliver high quality teaching sessions in practical and classroom situations is essential.
A flexible and positive attitude is required alongside the ability to challenge and motivate students. The role promises a varied and interesting workload. The role would suit someone who is working in industry and is now seeking a new challenge. This post holder will have the opportunity to train for further professional BHS exams
