Lindy is Dorset born and bred and has a commercial background having set up and run 3 businesses in amongst other career roles in a wide range of industries.  Having been involved in horses from a young age, a chance job on a point-to-point yard in 2000 made her reconsider her career options and she undertook a BSc in International Equine and Agricultural Business Management at Cirencester as a mature student.  Her main interest is in horse psychology and behaviour – exploring a variety of training modalities which reduce stress in horses.  She has developed an annual equine fair, with HND student groups, seeking to bring sympathetic equine training methods to a wider public.  Lindy lectures on a range of equine courses and is Programme Leader for the BTEC HND Equine Management course.
