Introduction

Course Title: Team Leading/Management Intermediate Apprenticeship
Course Code: PD215

The Team Leading Apprenticeship provides an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team leader. It will also help you to develop new practical, motivational and day-to-day management techniques.

As a Team Leading Apprentice, you will be at the front end of an employer's business, regularly assisting both staff and customers. Duties will vary depending on where you work but in most cases you will be assisting the manager in leading the team - whether that's by organising a staff rota, handling a customer complaint or keeping things running smoothly in the manager's absence.

This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to take charge of a situation and the ability to work under pressure. With our Apprenticeship programme you will learn all the key skills you need to progress your career and become a good team leader.
