Delivery of this Apprenticeship Framework is in the workplace. No college attendance is required.
Candidates need to be working in a retail environment to complete the apprenticeship with the whole apprenticeship being carried out in the workplace. Employers are looking for applicants who have a keen interest in providing high levels of customer service.
You will be required to find suitable relevant employment.
Advanced Apprentices should be working at a Supervisory/Team Leader level.
With further training, progress into more senior roles such as team or branch managers.
On completion of this Apprenticeship, apprentices will be competent to ork as a senior sales assistant or team leader. Following further training and development, apprentices may wish to progress into more senior roles such as team or branch managers.
