90 Credit Diploma in Horticulture (QCF)
Plant propagation – glasshouse and nursery techniques
Decorative horticulture, including plant establishment & pruning
Hard landscape construction
Horticultural machinery and operation
Maintain turf in parks and gardens
Plant knowledge and identification
Weekly work experience and a 3 week block at Easter for work placement.
4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English and maths. Mature students lacking formal qualifications will be considered based on previous experience. You will be required to complete a work placement. Tetanus protection is recommended.
