Units include:
Work related experience
Environment and landbased business
Ground-based arboriculture skills
Tree climbing & pruning
Plant and soil science
Machinery skills
Training towards NPTC certificates in chainsaw use
English and maths for students who do not have C grades.

Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs grade D/E or above, including English and maths. You will be required to complete a work placement. You will need a keen interest and enthusiasm in arboriculture. Tetanus protection is recommended.
