City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

Course Content


- Provide Leadership for Your Team
- Develop Productive Working Relationships
- Contribute to the Control of Resources
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment
- Improve Customer Service
- Principles of Leading a Team
- Supervision of Operations

Along with the mandatory units, you are required to complete a set number of optional units, which you are able to choose based on the environment you are working in and the job role you have.
Additional course content - Functional Skills in English and/or maths depending upon GCSE achievement.

Entry Requirements

In order to apply for a place on the Advanced Apprenticeship, you must have completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Hospitality OR have a minimum of 9 months experience working in the Hospitality industry. GCSE Math, English and ICT Grade A*-C would be an advantage. However where required Functional Skills will be completed. You will be required to find suitable relevant employment.

Next Steps

Following completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship, candidates are eligible to progress onto a Higher Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management, a Level 4/5 Management qualification, a Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management or a range of Higher Education programmes.
