Along with the mandatory units, you are required to complete a set number of optional units, which you are able to choose based on the environment you are working in and the job role you have.
Additional course cont Functional Skills English and/or maths depending upon GCSE achievement.
There are no formal entry requirements. You must an interest and passion for Customer Service and meeting new people.
GCSE Math, English and ICT Grade A*-C would be an advantage. However where required Functional Skills will be completed.
You will be required to have suitable related employment.
Following completion of the Level 2 Apprenticeship, candidates are eligible to progress onto the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration or Customer Service. Depending on your job role you may also be able to progress to the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership.
This is the perfect qualification for someone working in a Reception role within the Hospitality Industry.
With further training you could find yourself as a Head Receptionist, Front of House Supervisor or a Duty Manager.
