Vision: To ensure that the Premises & Estates team operates to the highest standard to enhance the well-being of the College. To offer the best service possible towards all staff, students and visitors at all times.
-To assist the Premises & Estates Manager in his day to day role with particular responsibility for liaising with contractors and customers to the department and overseeing the smooth running of the department in the absence of the Premises & Estates Manager.
-To provide administration support to the Health and Safety advisor for one day a week.
Hours: 37 hours per week during Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet business needs.
Salary: £14,428 per annum which is Point A15 on the Support Staff Salary Scale.
