Hours:  37 per week (to be arranged with Cross College Lead -Apprenticeships)

Salary: £18,902 – £20,761 per annum which is Point 25-28 on the Support Staff 

Job Purpose: 

To make contact with employers, identify their business skills needs, and liaise with curriculum teams across college to facilitate the provision of appropriate training to address those needs. 

To work closely with key staff within the College to ensure clarity of purpose, mutual understanding and the achievement of Full Cost and Apprenticeship recruitment targets.

To promote the good name of Kingston Maurward at all times and to uphold the core objectives of the College 

Vision:   We are looking for an Employer Engagement Consultant to coordinate work experience, assess and IQA sports and leisure industry apprenticeships, review health and safety in the workplace for apprenticeship placements and to coordinate and carry out apprenticeship starts.
