Is it right for me?

The Apprenticeship programme offers a great way to gain vocational training, qualifications and a wage at the same time.
The programme is a three−way partnership between you, your employer and your training provider.
A Customer Service Apprenticeship will give you a wide range of skills to help you deal with any situation in a customer service environment.
To complete your apprenticeship you will have training at your place of work.


 

What qualifications will I need?

Available to young persons aged between 16−24 who are leaving or have left full−time education.
Before the start of the training programme, candidates will need to find a company which is happy to employ a trainee.

What will I be learning about?

The NVQ in Customer Service comprises a wide range of units for you to choose from including gaining skills and preparing for your customers, providing good customer service, giving a positive impression of your organisation, dealing with customer queries and resolving complaints.

What is involved?

Your apprenticeship will involve completing an NVQ and a Technical Certificate in Customer Service and Key Skills in Application of Number and Communication.

How will I be assessed?

Kingston Maurward College will train and assess you as you work towards your qualification.
