Is it right for me?
Ropes, ladders and solid platforms are being replaced as much as possible with MEWPs. Being trained in the safe use of MEWPs is crucial, contact us to discuss your requirement.
Please note: Assessment is carried out on a separate day by arrangement between the candidate and the appointed NPTC assessor.
What will I be learning about?
- Prepare a MEWP for operation and establish that it is safe to use
- Operate a MEWP without risk to self, others and the environment
- Operate within and comply with the legislative requirements.
- State the identified knowledge that underpins understanding in the safe use and operation of a MEWP
What is involved?
Two days training and one separate two hour assessment. Please check with the tutor about the type of MEWP used for training.

Minimum age is 16 years.
