Whether you are a machinery operator, an employee in a workshop, a DIY welder or a complete beginner, this course will enable you to improve your arc, gas and MIG welding as well as gas cutting skills.
What will I be learning about?
- Manual metal arc welding
- Gas welding and cutting
- MIG welding
- Setting up and safety procedures
- All positional welding
- Joint design
- Material identification
What's Required?
Tetanus protection is recommended. Please do not wear contact lenses. Note: There is no fee remission for students under the age of 18.

Continuous assessment and the production of test pieces.
