Students put lecturers to the test

Lecturers and governors were put to the test by our students, to boost charity coffers by more than £1,300.
A quiz involving some 100 campus staff and open day tombolas and public activities were organised by Levels 2 and 3 Diploma in Administration students at our campus.
The Level 2 students chose to support the charity Charcot-Marie Tooth Disease as one of them suffers from the condition, while those on the Level 3 course opted for the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust.
“Planning and running fundraising activities are a great way to prepare for work because it further develops the students’ communication and team working skills” said Programme Manager Janet Bown.
